Target Library & Information Services (aka Targetinform) provides web-development, information management, research and instructional services to non-profits, libraries and corporate clients.

Primary services include:

Information / Content Management using web and portal applications that allow for efficient re-use of information / content and site maintenance. Cold Fusion, PHP, JSP, SQL databases, fusebox are some of the tools used.

Research services, including coordinating projects dealing with socio-cultural, consumer, legal and other themes. One-on-one interviews, focus groups, ethnographic research, online surveys, report writing and editing services offered. See the project listing for examples.

Education / Instructional Services are another area that TargetInform's consultants have long been active in; e.g., in addition to various workshops and short-term courses, Mark Jordan and Dave Kisly, delivered three courses on the Internet at the School of Library and Information Studies, University of British Columbia, including that school's first full-credit, graduate course using WebCT.
